Price, payment method and discount codes

After filling in the details in the form, the User must make the payment with the means of payment mentioned on the Website.

After making the payment, the User will receive an e-mail confirming the order, which will include a summary of the products purchased, the shipping method requested and the shipping address.

If at the time of payment a problem occurs that makes it impossible, the order will not be processed until the payment process is completed correctly.

The prices of the services are expressed in Euros (€), including taxes and management and shipping costs, the amount of which will be reported at the time of the final confirmation of each order.

ND Gloves will be able to periodically offer discount codes to Users. These discounts will only be applicable under ND Gloves’ specific instructions for each code, and in each case Users will be able to use one code per order.

The use of discount codes is not compatible with specific promotions and collections.

Returns due to manufacturing defects from Greece

The consumer and user with a shipment address at Greece, can return ND Gloves Products free of charge if it is defective or does not meet the given description, for a period of thirty business (30) days from the date of receipt of the product. Given the nature of the products purchased, the consumer and user will have a period of fifteen (15) days at their disposal once they realize that the product does not respond to the description or has a defect, to notify ND Gloves via email to info@ndgloves.com, stating the defective product or products, attaching photographs and other evidence proving the defects or lack of compliance of the products with the descriptions, as well as a detailed list of defects assessed, the purchase order and any other additional documentation that allows its identification purchase made by the consumer and user.

The consumer and user with a shipment address outside of Greece, can return ND Gloves Products and he/she will charge for the shipping cost if it is defective or does not meet the given description, for a period of thirty business (30) days from the date of receipt of the product. As soon as ND Gloves receives the notification from the consumer and user and analyzes the incident through the Quality Management Department, it will inform you as soon as possible whether the product will be returned or not, judging objectively according to the nature of the product or the nature of the alleged lack of compliance or defect. If the return is approved, ND Gloves will indicate to the consumer and user how to send the defective product to our warehouses. However, ND Gloves will not be held liable in any way for products returned without following the procedure described above.

Any product to be returned must not have been used or, in the event that the defect is assessed after normal and daily use, the product must be in the best possible condition and returned with all labels, packaging and possibly , the documents and the original accessories that come with it. If the consumer and user do not act in this way, ND Gloves and, in particular, the Quality Management Department, should objectively assess the case, determining whether the product is defective, depending on the nature of the alleged lack of compliance or defect.

Also, if the user – consumer has order a custom printed product and he/she want to change the product size, it is no possible without extra shipping and new purchase cost. We cannot accept a return if the product is printed by customers order.

ND Gloves informs the consumer and the user that, taking into account the characteristics of the products, in general, their repair will not be preferred, as it would be disproportionate. In case due to the characteristics of the specific product and the defect it is possible to repair it, the consumer and the user will be explicitly informed, giving him the opportunity to choose between replacement or repair.

According to the above, the consumer and user can replace the defective product with another with identical features. Replacing the product does not involve any expense for the consumer. If it is not possible to replace the defective product with another with identical features, you will be given the opportunity to choose a similar new model.

Delivery of the product with the same features or the new model chosen by the consumer and user, will be done, as the case may be, within three (3) to five (5) working days from the date on which ND Gloves will confirm to the consumer and user replacing the defective product or sending the new model.

In case the repair of the product cannot be carried out and the replacement of the product was not in accordance with the contract, the consumer and the user can choose to terminate the contract.

ND Gloves informs consumers and users that the time to refund the amounts paid will depend on the payment method used by the consumer and user when purchasing the product:

If the consumer and user made the credit / debit card payment, ND Gloves will refund the amount paid within fifteen (15) working days from the time the consumer and user decided to terminate the contract.

If the consumer and user have made the payment via PayPal, ND Gloves will refund the amount paid within forty eight (48) – seventy two (72) hours from the time the consumer and user decided to terminate the contract.

Right of withdrawal

The consumer and user must bear the immediate cost of returning the order to ND Gloves, whether it refunds all or part of the order.

To formalize the return, you must contact the ND Gloves at info@ndgloves.com. Upon receipt of this notice, ND Gloves will instruct you on how to send your order to its offices or warehouses.

ND Gloves is not responsible for the courier company chosen by the consumer and user to return the order. In this sense, ND Gloves recommends that the consumer and user require the courier company to provide proof of delivery when the courier has delivered the product to the ND Gloves office so that the consumer and user have proof that the product has been delivered. right at ND Gloves base. Once ND Gloves confirms that the order is in excellent condition, ND Gloves will proceed to refund all amounts paid by the consumer and user.
